Nex is an agentic CRM and workflow platform for RevOps, Sales, and GTM teams, powered by AI agents and automation.
I joined as Principal Designer from day one, working closely with the co-founders across product and marketing. I built the design system and led design through several pivots over two years. As the product evolved, I shifted from traditional design handoffs to direct implementation with Claude Code, collaborating closely with developers.

Fast pace environment
During two years we went through a dozen concepts, changed focus, simplified and figured out how users will use AI in the next years. The fast pace and an unformed environment provide a wide range of experiments, hypotheses, patterns, and processes structure.
